1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services of TV Billing Pros LLC (“we”, “us”, or “Company”). By using our website or services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

TV Billing Pros provides third-party, concierge-style consulting and administrative support to customers of satellite and pay-TV providers. Services may include: reviewing a customer’s existing account with the customer’s consent, identifying eligible promotions or add-ons, troubleshooting billing issues, and, if authorized, contacting the provider on the customer’s behalf to request adjustments. We do not sell TV service subscriptions or represent any provider.

3. No Affiliation

We are an independent third-party service provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any television service provider (including Dish Network, DirecTV, Comcast, etc.). Provider names are used only to describe the types of services our customers use.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder to use our services. By requesting services you confirm you have authority to instruct us and authorize charges on the payment method you provide.

5. Payment Terms

  • Authorization: By providing payment information and authorizing a charge, you permit TV Billing Pros to charge your card in accordance with these Terms.

  • When We Charge: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we charge a one-time service fee only upon successful completion of the requested assistance (for example, when a billed discount or adjustment is applied to your account) or when you otherwise explicitly authorize the charge. If you and we agree to a different billing arrangement, that will be documented and confirmed before charging.

  • Descriptor: Charges will appear on customer statements as TV Billing Pros LLC (or a descriptor we provide to the merchant).

  • Refunds: See Section 7.

6. Customer Authorization & Data Handling

You must provide accurate account details and any consents required for us to act on your behalf. If you ask us to contact your provider, you grant us permission to do so and to discuss account details necessary to perform the service.

We do not store or retain full payment card data on our systems. All payments are processed through our merchant provider. We also do not store login passwords for provider websites.

Calls may be recorded for training, quality assurance, and dispute resolution. By using our services you consent to call recording.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No Charge if Unsuccessful: If we are unable to obtain the agreed-upon result (for example, no discount or adjustment is applied) we will not charge the one-time fee, unless you expressly instruct us otherwise.

  • Refunds: If a charge has been made and you believe it was made in error, contact us at the address below within 30 days. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund.

  • Cancellation Before Service: If you cancel before we take any action on your request, you will not be charged.

  • Chargebacks: Opening a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us may delay resolution and is discouraged — please contact us first so we can respond and provide documentation.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We make commercially reasonable efforts to assist, but we do not guarantee any particular result (e.g., a specific amount of savings). Your provider may deny requests or apply changes subject to their own policies.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TV BILLING PROS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TV Billing Pros LLC, its agents, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or third-party action related to your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

11. Compliance and Prohibited Conduct

You will not use our services for unlawful purposes. You will not provide false information, impersonate another person, or give us credentials that you are not authorized to share. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content and materials are owned by TV Billing Pros LLC. You may not reproduce or use our marks, logos, or content without permission.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
